Refund and Returns Policy

At Interior Design Community (IDC), we take pride in creating high-quality, print-on-demand merchandise for interior designers. Since all items are custom-made per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✅ The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
✅ You receive the wrong product, size, or color due to our error.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition (for misprinted or defective items).

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or style choice (please check our size chart before ordering!).
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Personalized/customized items (unless defective).

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a replacement or refund for a defective or incorrect item, please:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the issue (damage, misprint, or incorrect item).
    2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
    3️⃣ If approved, we will issue a replacement order or refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • If your order qualifies for a return or replacement due to defects, we will cover the cost of shipping a new item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective orders.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please do not discard it. Contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Please review it periodically for any changes.
